The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) outlines the annual operating budget and planning activities for the MPO throughout a single fiscal year (July 1 through June 30).

FY 2026 UPWP

The FY 2026 Unified Planning Work Program was adopted on February 11, 2025 and highlights GHMPO’s annual budget during Fiscal Year 2026, which runs from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The approved document may be found at the following link:

DRAFT FY 2027 UPWP

The first draft of the FY 2027 Unified Planning Work Program is now available for review and comment. This document highlights GHMPO’s annual budget during Fiscal Year 2027, which runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The FY 2027 UPWP is scheduled for adoption on February 10, 2026.
