March 2018: Dawonsville Hwy / McEver Road Study Open House Held

GHMPO and the City of Gainesville held an open house for the Dawsonville Highway / McEver Road Connectivity Study on March 22, 2018 at the Gainesville Public Safety Complex. This study is designed to explore all possible fixes, both large and small, to help alleviate the increasing traffic seen within the corridor. Members of the RS&H team, the consultant firm hired to conduct the study, were in attendance along with GHMPO and City staff. The project team took comments and answered questions about the study as well as helped direct attendees to the online survey. So far over 450 responses to the survey have been recorded.
